Your role in the enclave

RPOs own the contractor relationship and the engagement. Bedrock Enclave is the platform you use to turn that engagement into a compliant, audit-ready outcome. We don't sell direct to your clients. We don't compete with you. We integrate with the infrastructure providers you already use.

Economic model

The program supports three engagement models — referral, co-sell, and managed-delivery — with tiered economics that scale with engagement depth. Specifics on commission structure, MSA terms, and seat economics are disclosed during the discovery call so we can scope them to how you actually operate.

Co-sell expectations

  • We provide the platform, partner enablement materials, and technical onboarding.
  • Joint pipeline reviews and deal registration during active opportunities.
  • Marketing co-investment available for tier-2 and tier-3 partners.

Onboarding path

    Discovery call

    Walk through your client base, current CMMC delivery model, and where Bedrock Enclave fits. We scope the partnership tier together.

  2. 2

    Partner agreement

    Sign the MSA, complete training on the Bedrock CMMC and Bedrock C3PAO products, and receive partner credentials for the staging environment.

  3. 3

    First engagement

    We support your first contractor engagement directly — joint kickoff call, hands-on platform walkthrough, and a dedicated technical contact for the pilot.

  4. 4

    Independent delivery

    After the first engagement, you operate the delivery model on your own. We stay available for technical questions and maintain joint pipeline reviews.
